Increased Control and Confidence: By the end of the programme, parents will learn how to take control of their life, thoughts and feelings, which will empower them to approach challenges more confidently. The Fresh Start Effect in Week One focuses on helping parents regain their personal power and confidence.

Improved Parental Authority and Boundaries: The Let Them Theory in Week Two encourages parents to establish clearer roles and boundaries with their teens. Parents will gain insights on how to stop allowing their teens to control the household dynamics, which can help improve respect and understanding.

Reduced Parental Guilt: Week Three addresses self-doubt, helping parents stop blaming themselves for their teenager's behaviour. By reframing these thoughts, parents can stop carrying the weight of guilt and instead focus on solutions.

Transform Family Dynamics: The introduction of a Simple Tool in Week Four is aimed at helping parents improve the family environment. This tool is likely designed to foster more positive communication, respect, and cooperation within the family.

Breaking Negative Cycles: In Week Five, parents will learn how to break bad habits and create new, healthier ones. The program will also help parents regain control when teenagers show disrespect, with practical steps to address these behaviour’s.

Personal Empowerment and Self-Understanding: Week Six focuses on helping parents ask themselves critical questions that encourage self-reflection and self-assurance. The goal is to enable parents to stand strong in their role and embrace their identity as a parent, saying confidently, "This is ME!"
